This archive contains the 16 brushes from the original "Flakey" collection, PLUS 36 other brushes! (52 in all, 13 individual snowflakes!). Believe it or not, each brush was used only once in the sample image for this deviation...

Drop these into your Gimp "brushes" folder & refresh your brushes to use. I do NOT provide user support for the GIMP or these brushes. If you need more help using them, please refer to the Gimp documentation. There is a TON of it available. Thanks!

All brushes are of real snowflakes. Original images taken from SnowCrystals.com ([link]) and used with explicit permission.

These brushes are free to use however you wish; my only request is that you shoot me a note so I can take a peek at whatever neat stuff you did with them. Why? Because I like to see, that's why! :P Oh, and a little credit would be nice, but it's not required. Let me know what you think, and enjoy!

I give permission to ~BrushMakers to submit and display this work.

Very nice! I'm working on one or two cards for the project myself. Made those brushes back when it was hot and nobody thought about snow... Seems their time has come! Thanks for sharing :)
